Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
– The item must be complete and include all original components. Packaging must be intact.
– The product may show only normal handling; returns showing signs of careless or improper use will be refused.
– Items involving hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
– Any defects or issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are reviewed and processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, your return will be officially accepted during this timeframe.
We reserve the right to deny returns for products that appear used or damaged beyond our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your product meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

Include the following in your message:
– Your order number
– Reason for return
– Photo of the item (if damaged)
– Your full name and shipping address
We will respond with the correct return address.
Do not return your order to the sender’s address. We will confirm the appropriate warehouse for your return.
Important: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order under EU consumer protection law.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the final product in your order.
Due to our automated order system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds will only be processed after returned goods are received.
To cancel, please notify us via email with a clear statement of your decision. The cancellation will only be confirmed after we receive the returned item(s). Return shipping is at your own expense.
Shipping and Cancellations

– If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
– You must first receive the order and then initiate a return.

– To speed up processing, please provide a tracking confirmation once you have sent your return.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all eligible payments received from you—excluding shipping charges and any extra fees for premium delivery options.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your return and your cancellation notice. Reimbursement will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged. No additional fees will apply for refunds.
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
